Installation and use

The MZEU-K series is a one-way clutch with standard component types, which includes the basic types of one-way clutches and optional parts (E1, E2, E5 E7 with wheel circle, E3 with torque arm, and E4 with cover plate). These parts will be required separately.

The one-way clutches of MZEU-K12 to MZU-K80 models need to be pre coated with grease and do not require lubrication; During operation, the ambient temperature should be maintained within the range of -40 ℃ to 40 ℃; Models MZEU~K90 to MZEU~K150 require oil lubrication.

Recommend using shafts with a tolerance of h7 and standard keys according to DIN6885.1.

Recommend chain gears, gears, and other suitable parts with tolerance levels of H7 or H8.

Clean the two end faces of the outer ring, as well as the contact surfaces of the wheel rim, lever arm, and cover.

For models MZEU-K90 to MZEU-K150, sealant sealing should be provided on both end faces of the outer ring.

Check the rotation direction of the clutch, then install the wheel rim, lever arm, and cover.

When installing chain gears, gears, or other devices on the clutch, they should be appropriately installed on the outer rim of the clutch and fixed with bolts.

When installing the same selected component on the opposite side of the clutch, its rotation direction may be changed.

Install the oil nozzle on the selected component.

When installing the clutch on the shaft, apply pressure on the inner ring, never on the outer ring. When using high-speed indexing (＞ 50c/min), it is recommended to use a strong spring
