Installation and use

During installation, press the clutch into the holes of the pulley, gear, or lever arm, and tighten the bolt (high tensile strength) into the tooth hole on the clutch end face. As shown in the figure.

The MX series cam clutch is a press fit and used for indexing purposes, but the interference fit during press fit should not exceed 0.025mm.

Adjust one side of the key to fit tightly with the keyway, but there should be a certain gap between the top of the key and the keyway.

When installing the clutch onto the shaft, please apply pressure to the inner ring end face of the clutch, and do not apply pressure to the outer ring.

Choose the appropriate clutch to achieve precise indexing performance. Braking devices and anti reverse devices also require precise performance.
